Supporting wellbeing and home education through tailored sessions that connect children and families with horses and the natural world.
Saddle & soul Equestrian
Enhancing wellbeing and supporting home education in the New Forest with tailored equine-assisted sessions that connect children, families, and horses in nature.
Saddle & Soul Equestrian
Saddle & Soul provides a unique, holistic approach to wellbeing, education, and equine care in the heart of the New Forest. We combine equine-assisted learning, a nature-based Stay & Play group, and flexible grass livery services to help both horses and humans thrive.
With deep experience and a passion for the transformative power of horses, we support home education, early childhood development, and family wellbeing through meaningful connection with nature.
Our tailored Stay & Play sessions for preschoolers and home-educated children invite families to explore, learn, and grow outdoors in a safe, nurturing environment. Alongside this, our compassionate equine-assisted learning programmes and thoughtful livery services create space for personal growth, education, and exceptional horse care.

Our 5-day and 7-day grass livery packages in the New Forest provide every horse with attentive, personalised care in a calm, supportive setting — while ensuring owners feel just as welcome. Meet The Team
At Saddle & Soul Equestrian, our team of experienced facilitators, horse-care specialists, and supportive mentors share one mission — to create a safe, nurturing environment where children develop confidence, empathy, and responsibility through meaningful connections with horses.
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)
Our Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) programme in the New Forest helps children, young people, and adults develop confidence, communication, and emotional awareness through hands-on interaction with horses. Using ground-based activities such as grooming and leading, our sessions provide a safe, inclusive space to build resilience, social skills, and a deeper connection with both horses and people.
