At Saddle & Soul, we deliver inclusive and flexible learning programmes accredited through the AQA Unit Award Scheme (UAS). Our approach supports young people who may find traditional educational settings challenging, helping them re-engage with learning in a meaningful, supportive, and practical way.

Our Approach

  • All learners follow Individual Learning and Development Plans, allowing them to progress at their own pace while working towards nationally recognised accreditation.

    Where emotional, social, or behavioural challenges impact learning, our Equine-Facilitated Learning sessions including 1:1 support play a key role in supporting:

    • Confidence and self-esteem

    • Emotional regulation

    • Communication skills

    • Engagement and readiness for learning

    This holistic approach enables learners to feel safe, supported, and motivated.

Flexible Learning Options

We offer a range of programmes to suit individual needs and circumstances:

  • Full-time and part-time placements

  • Short placements (e.g. two-week alternatives to work experience)

  • Day-release programmes alongside school learning

  • Term-long practical workshops

Programmes can be tailored to meet educational, emotional, and practical goals.
