Sacred Journey with Horses

A Day of Deep Presence, Nature Connection & Soulful Healing

Step into a day of gentle transformation and deep connection on our Sacred Journey with Horses. Held on a peaceful farm within the New Forest National Park, this immersive workshop invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through the profound presence of horses and the natural world.

What to Expect

Meditation with the Herd
Begin your day in stillness, held in the quiet presence of a mindful horse herd. Their calm, grounded energy offers a space to drop into your body, release tension, and become truly present.
Meet the Horses
Spend time with a variety of horses—each with their own wisdom, energy, and way of being. You’ll be invited to observe, listen, and connect without expectation, allowing each interaction to unfold naturally.
Forest Bathing on the Doorstep
Our proximity to the national park means we can step straight into nature for gentle forest bathing—a deeply restful practice that invites you to attune to the sights, sounds, and sensations of the natural world.
Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing lunch designed to support your body and spirit, with time to relax, reflect, or simply be.
1:1 Time with a Horse
Experience a guided, personal session with one of the horses—an opportunity for reflection, emotional insight, and quiet presence in a supportive, held space.
Facilitated Healing & Grounding Practices
Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through practices to connect with nature, ground your energy, expand your awareness, and come home to your soul.
